Stayed here a few days while visiting family. Worked out perfectly. Was quiet and clean with plenty of parking.

We have stayed at airbnbs all over the world and this house is one of the best! This house is beautiful, comfortable and had literally anything we could possibly want or need. I forgot to buy straws at the store and looked in the pantry and there was a brand new box of straws. This house is beautifully decorated, all the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved this house so much and if we are ever in Midland again for a swim meet we will for sure book here again! I highly recommend it! Also, if you want really good sushi nearby, Tokyo 1 is great!

Janie’s place was perfect for our family of four to stretch out, relax, and cook together in the kitchen. She was very proactive and responsive with any and all directions and helpful notes, made us feel right at home. Lastly, for enjoying a family reunion, it was in a great location close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Thanks Janie for a great stay!

My family and I came from Georgia to stay for a week and visit family we have not seen in a long time. We enjoy the Airbnb because it was spacious for all of us. I will recommend that there be pots and pans for cooking. There was only one big pot. I had to run to the store and buy a pot and pan for cooking. There were also no coffee filters for the coffee machine. An iron is also recommended because we needed one and we looked all over the house for one and eventually went and bought one too. We typically stay at Airbnbs often and all these things I mention normally come included, even a blender which one was not available. Other than that everything else was great and comfortable. Hilary did an amazing job getting back to me quickly. I know maybe if I would have reached out to her about these issues she would have accommodated but since it was the holidays I didn’t not want to bother her too much so it was not much of a problem going down the street to the dollar general.

I stayed here for a work trip. While it was a bit pricey, the overall experience made it worthwhile. The space was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. Nichole was a gracious host and extended our checkout time as much as she could, which I really appreciated. I’d consider staying here again for the comfort and atmosphere.

Enjoyed the stay! Would definitely stay here again. Pool work was being done while I stayed there. Host was very interactive about it and very mindful of us being there.

I highly recommend this home for families. It’s spacious, family-friendly, and very clean. All of my guests enjoyed this home. Joe is an excellent host.

It’s a pretty good place new apartment complex. Close to restaurants. It’s pretty big and parking is limited, however, nice amenities. The apartment was super nice super clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, but it’s kind of a challenge, downloading the app and getting into the gate, however, I don’t think it’s a concern with all the traffic going in and out.
