This unit is nested on a quiet street within minutes to ClayDesta Business Center and Downtown. The houses is bright and open with two bedroom and an en suite bathroom in the master that has separate entrance for the guest bedroom. The bedrooms have 55" smart TV's as does the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook.

West Texas Getaway

This is a detached modern studio guest house is easily accessible to shopping, groceries, and 10 minutes from downtown Midland. This studio is equipped with a comfy King bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, private yard and entrance. Please note: Requesting a late check out is an additional $50 fee. Late checkout is anything between 11am and 1:45pm. Checkout past 1:45pm you will be required to pay for a full night at the rate you booked.

The Little House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming and quiet private backyard casita offers full size appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. Upstairs we host “The Pilots lounge” Space has updated full kitchen. just a few blocks from the mall and within five minutes of 15 different restaurants. Space has plenty of natural light. backyard with a covered porch. Great space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park.

The Tall City Cottage

Cute and comfortable studio cottage! We have the perfect spot in the Tall City for quick vacations, family getaways, or long-term corporate travel. Great location right off the loop and just a short drive from downtown. High speed WiFi, workspace, stocked kitchenette, reverse osmosis drinking water, mini-split AC & heating, and a shared patio and backyard space.
